LATEST NEWS ON SKATE PARK CONSULTATION AND PARK DESIGN:
Following yesterdays "metting" i have recieved this email following investigatioon into those shoddy looking leaflets:

I've just had a call from Freestyle and they will be there next week. The Council have promoted this in the wrong way, as it is supposed to be 'user group' meeting for our design group and not a free-for-all public meeting. So if possible, could we please have the hardcore locals only turn up willing to put some effort in to help with the design. Saying that, I guess it's no bother if there's a good attendance of others, it shows good interest for the project.

He also said, they could be on site in as soon as 3 - 4 weeks (if everything goes smoothely)!

So, the design has gotta be right then!

I'm forwarding a small pic of Fitzroy park as he was interested in it being a possiblity, I hope that's okay?
